EMI Switchable Mufflers

Has anyone tried these out yet? Would like opinions on noise reduction, performance and installation. Thanks

Check out the flow thru I.D. I think they are smaller that the others out there--Teaque, IMCO, etc.

I know that EMI offers a 4.5" OD with a 4" ID switchable tip.

You can go with the Teague Tips as well. I have them and absolutely love the look and the way they function. No big huge canister sticking out the back to mess up the lines of the boat. They are also electric so there is no leaking hoses or what not. They are 4 1/2 OD so you may have to open up your cut outs a bit but no big deal there.

Shane, I believe that the workmanship on the Teague's are better than Eddie's, Wade has Eddie's on his boat that don't work anymore. I have never heard of this problem with Teague's. Todd

SuperV runs the Teague's and has had a few problems but Norm always takes care of them no charge...

In EMI's defense Wade has never asked them about waranty service. My guess is that EMI would take care of it.

I have a set of teague's, but havn't put them on yet (winter project). Do they really cut down on the noise Audiofn?? I hope they sound really muffled when on. Supposibly they do.
