Daytona

Daytona is difficult to set up ?
|
Not at all. It comes with very good instructions. You can just use one of the canned timing tables that are in it or you can build a custom one if you wish. I recommend triggering it with a crank trigger and you will need a locked out distributor of your choosing. A locked MSD works well.

I’ve done it with the EST dist. Just use the magnetic pickup and bypass the module. if you have tbolt, they sell properly phased rotors, or you can mod yours with their instructions. |
Daytona……
I love what it did to help my motors. |

No Carb dominator 1050
|
I was Carbed Dominator 1050’s as well on NA motors. That’s why I switched to the CD1 box. Locked Dist timing, manage with the CD1 software and use the anti-stall feature that is built into the CD1 box. No my engines idle and start much easier (prior owner had locked timing and wondered why he kept tearing up starters).
Overall - a great investment. |
