Did anybody ever dynotest the 731s 741s,hp 500s,525s,efis for comparison in general? Just looking for what works,502 hp 500 type motor cmi ex,not fi

9.5, 502 aluminum heads 741 was 560hp

9.8 compression, 308 steel dart heads, 741 cam. Dynoed @ 620hp

Nice, what intake? Dyno headers or marine manifolds?

Soon we know what my 509cid makes with Ron sporl 240/245 050", 114lsa.

Dyno headers , world intake with the brass in the thermostat housing. I’m figuring about 580-590hp at the prop shaft.

I was going 509 but with new gm 502 blocks I wasn’t going to bore the out to gain a little more hp.

There was a thread on OSO with exactly what you are looking for with those cam comparisons. It may have been with desktop dyno info. I'll do some searching and see what I can find.
