7.4 mpi Manifolds & Risers
Hey all, I have to replace my manifolds and risers this offseason and was wondering if I can go to a performance set up or just stick with stock. Engine is a Mercruiser 7.4 mpi with Bravo 3 and Y-pipe exhaust. What do you all think and recommend. Thanks

Waste of money in your case.

While I don't replace risers because they are stainless GLM mani's lasted 7 years in salt water open cooling with post run Salt Inhibitor. Probably would have gone longer but replaced them when the engines were out. They also produce a deeper tone than OE merc, not to mention the cost savings on a sacrificial part.
