Offshoreonly.com - New PCM Mag 496 right number ?

Hello There,

I replaced my PCM on the Mag 496 part 866090-003 which went Bad with fluctuations and beeps ..., with the Mercruiser one on their parts page 866090T05 -, It is working fine and all problems resolved , but i have feeling there is a performance decline a bit in top speed and acceleration- or are their supposed not to be ? or they are the same ?? Can anyone advise please..... I could not find the 866090-003 on mercruiser site 🙏 it said for my boatEngine:OW632032
it is 866090 T01 ( latter T05 )
