MSD iginition control problems with Mercruiser 350 MAG MPI

I installed MSD 6M-2L ignition control (6560)to my Mercruiser 350 MAG MPI. I installed at the same time MSD Blaster coil. I have new Whipple system and ECM tune by Whipple. Now my engine idle better with MSD ignition.

Problem is that now engine idles wavy and engine warning system have constantly peeping.

How can I solve this problem?
