carter AFB/weber 9780S rebuild help
 

I've torn down, cleaned and almost have a Weber 9780S carb back together...but have 2 parts from the kit that i cant figure out...

one is a rubber seal maybe 1/4" in diameter, thought maybe accelerator pump shaft? but it s too tight on the shaft...the other is a thin ,metal washer, maybe under accellerator pump spring?

any help would be much appreciated..
