Replacement vinyl help

Is there a company or there anyone can recommend or knows of that I can buy new vinyl for my seats. I have a 96 Baja 272 and the two captains seats up front are really worn and in need of new vinyl. I don't mind covering them myself if I can find a company that has patterns and I can order them.

XT Innovations is old Baja people basically and has the patterns, etc from many of the boats.
