I have had one sniper 2 sent back for heat soak failure. i have two on other cars that are sniper 1's that have had a lot of electrical noise issues that I think I have fixed but personally I would not have one with the problems I have had and heard of but that is just my opinion. btw these are all on old cars not boats. I just dont like the ecm being on the throttle body, seems to take a lot of abuse that it cant handle.

Seems the systems that move the ecm away from the engine are the way to go.

I considered them for the 509s I had in the Formula but I couldn’t get myself to trust them plus they were really expensive when factoring in all the extras (fuel pumps and so on). My carburetor journey was no picnic but I was never left stranded.

Not sure I’d be able to trust them at all with superchargers but that’s just me.

I really liked them, and I swore against EFI before I was talked into it. Yes quite expensive when you add in the extras. I don't think heat would be a problem on top of a blower mounted to an inter cooler.

I think vibration is more the issue than heat.

Glad they’re working out well for you. Lots of torque!

I have 250s with twin 800s sitting on top of 468s in the Bullet. They’re making similar torque numbers but pretty fat to keep things from burning down - 650 HP at 54-5500 but saw close to 700 when run to 58-5900. I wish I had room for intercoolers.

Have entertained doing fuel injection but I don’t think the ROI is there (at least this year).
