;) rpm's shower is very attractive, pretty or whatever....BUT,
we buy these thing as a functional preventative measure. From what I see, the possible volume of water is approximately 1/2 what the Simrek unit delivers. And the Simrek delivers it to the bearing tower under pressure from 11 ports, not just one aided by gravity. Not much water falls straight down ( and surface tension is a non-issue at this point) when you are running 60-80 mph! The Simrek gets the nod on all counts.:D and it looks good too.
I just bought two more (five total)... there is no substitute!!

These units are very functional. The water is NOT gravity fed, its forced just like most others, including an adjustable angled pickup for higher speeds.

1/2 the flow, maybe, but I doubt it. We have one pickup vs. some others with two, but that does not mean twice the flow. The flow is limited by the diameter of the outlet, not just pressure. Pressure is pressure, no matter how many pickups you have. 40 psi on each side does not equal 80 psi. How does the 11 small ports compare to our 1 large port, I don't know, never figured it out? The system actually captures the water on the front and rear by a seal, therefore forcing it down the sides of the drive where it can be effective.

ITS NOT ONLY PRETTY, IT WORKS!

You want to respond here??? You have the spec's and research so let's here it!

rpm- yes, yours is under pressure also, BUT it is only under pressure while under the cap and seals. Not where it should cool the tower sides also. Flow as well as pressure are also determined by pick up size & angle. An angled tip will not normally pickup as much pressure or flow at high trim angles as will a fixed 90 degree tip at any speed or trim. I do not have the spec's in fron tof me so I must depend on Paul here. Sorry.

What is the size of your pickup tube, hose and outlet fitting?
You are correct about pressure does not equal flow, therefore two pickups at 40# will always flow more than one at 60# with all else equal. But then, how could the pressure be higher on one pickup than two at any given speed? I need rest now!
