new engine in the future

Has anyone ever heard of Coates engines? They are currently being researched in NJ and may hit the marine market within the next few years. they are called spherical rotary valve engines. they will replace the entire poppit valve head assembly with the spherical rotary valves and will run at higher RPMs and C/R. and supposedly run forever.

From what I hear, They may be testing in boats as early as this coming year.
