Are MK-IV oil pans all the same? Are the 330 hp pans the same as the 365 hp pans?

My 1988 365hp pan are cast aluminum. I think the 330hps were stamped, but not sure.

Thanks jt, just got off the phone with a buddy and he said the same thing the pans are the same. I also asked him about the cast pans,(mercruiser) his opinion was to stay away from them, he said they tend to be a little more leaky...

If your looking at a new one, I think these guys may help you out...........they build custom pans for racing and marine applications as well as the pans they stock & are very reasonable in price. I have 2 on my SBC's but the big blocks arent a lot more......deinitey more cost effective than most !

CHIT....................... these may only be SBC pans, per the website. I thought in their brochure they sent, they had BBC pans too.
