I boat in only Fresh water, wondering the best place and price to pick up a Magnesium Anode set for my 2002 bravo 1 outdrive???

Ok, I went to boatfix.com and did a search on the Magnesium anode kits. they are the last 2 on the link attached to this reply. one is for Bravo 1, (888757A 1)and the other is for Bravo2/3.(888760A 1)

P:S: One more question, How can you tell that the ones that came with the boat are not already Magnesium? Does Mercruiser take into consideration where they ship the outdrives to? be it inland fresh water boat companies or shore line boat companies?
That would be alot to ask of mercruiser when they can just put the general purpose zinc huh?:rolleyes:
