Sea strainer / oil cooler ?

I was told somebody makes a combination sea strainer/oil cooler. Anyone have any info. on this?

I already have an engine oil cooler and power steering cooler and don't really want to plumb another damn trannie cooler in there. So, this item would be perfect...
