Head Gasket advice

Hi,
I have a Gen 6 502 Block with a 4.530 Bore and I am using Canfield Hard Anodized Aluminum Heads .Do I want to use a Felpro 1047 Gasket 4.540 bore ,Felpro 17048 Gasket 4.540 bore or is there a better choice? .The compresion ratio is 9 to 1, fresh water cooled.Normally aspired .

Thank You
Rob

The 1047 is for a Gen 5...17048 is for a Mk 4. I used a 17048 on my gen 5 but had to cut the 2 big end holes bigger. Felpro doesnt have a website that will tell you... that I could find. Call Teague and let us all know :)

Well I just found the papers that came with the heads and according to canfield the 17048 is the gasket to run.I called Leo at Keith Eicherts and he was friendly and helpful ,but did not exactly name off a part number.I will try digging into this tomarrow.

Thank you for the replys

Rob
