Just Once, I have had a hydromotive nose cone on my Trs drive for 6 years and run 83-84 mph on the gps. Trs drives are logs plowing through the water. I think it will help alot.

Just an update. I broke another prop shaft in my B-max lower, so I installed the new Bravo Shop lower unit with the built in nose cone. The one big difference that I have seen so far is that the cavitation that I had getting the boat on plane with my lab 32 is GONE. I now have zero noticable cavitation getting on plane. I'm still breaking in the drive so don't yet know how it will compare with the WPM nose cone on top end performance. When I tried running the lab 34 prop with the WPM nose cone I had to get all my passengers in the front of the bow and still had trouble getting it on plane due to extreme cavitation. I haven't tried that prop yet with the new lower unit but think it will not be a problem getting on plane now. I will keep you guys posted.

Now if only I could find some prop shafts that were stronger. :(

I thought I would post another update on my nosecone experience. The new Bravo Shop lower with integrated nose cone slowed me down 6-7 mph vs. the old Bravo lower with the WPM nose cone. Since that didn't work out well, I just installed a new IMCO SC lower with their integrated nose cone. It looks a lot more hydrodynamic (has a more pointed nose vs. the Bravo Shop unit), so hopefully it will perform better. More to follow.

Yes please, I'm very interested in this. At 70 my boat doesn't go fast enough to take advantage but it sure will look good on the trailer.
