Compression test of 500EFI

What should the normal PSI on these motors be?? I checked the motors while cold and they came in at 135psi for all cylinders on the left bank. The reason i checked is because i have a whine that sounds like a gear drive in the motor. The other motor sounds good though. I think it sounds like a water pump going bad... or I am starting to lose my mind!

have you checked the power steering fluid level???

Also, I a Gen V motor , have you checked the short shaft that drives the raw water pump and fuel pump???? - It is "supposed" to have oil to the the level of the upper plug on the side of it.

Also check for vacuum leak - I think there's a hose hidden under the intake plenum that is hard to see. If it has become loose enough to leak, it is a hard one to spot.

But it WILL make a whistling noise.
