V-Belt to Serpentine Conversion

I want to convert my v-belt system to a serpentine system. I'm running a 400 block with vortec heads, using the accessories from a 1989 350 mag.

Has anyone done this conversion?
Any good links?
I've been to the "March" website, it was informative, just looking for a little more detail.

Check with Summit racing I think they sell kits.

I've looked into doing it with my 383 and found that nothing really matches the factory Merc stuff. Everyone mounts the power steering low and the alternator on the other side (which is in the way of the fuel pump and filters).

Do the new engines from Merc use a serpentine belt? Maybe you can pick up something off of a parts boat or something?

Here's the thread that gave me the idea. I guess I just need to call Doug at powertorque, and see where he got the parts. Looks like it might be something he designed.
