bottom repairs
 
has anyone reconditioned the bottom, im talking about flipping one over and reconditioning the bottom, repairing cracks in the strakes, stress cracks, whats the easiest way to flip a boat over 10000lbs so that you can work the bottom. any ideas

most shops I have talked to only roll the boat on it's side, they do not roll them all the way upside down, would need a jig for that, you can lay down a lot of blankets and matting, then roll the boat on it's side, just be careful, need to pull the drives and drain the fuel tank.

I am doing mine by flipping myself upside down. I put it on blocks, sanding, grinding, and filling.
