Bravo Outdrive Alloy

Can anyone tell me what alloy is used in casting a Bravo outdrive? Or, for anyone that welds on these outdrives, what alloy filler metal do you use?

I have used 5356 alloy with great results to weld replacement Skags on Mercruiser TRS And Alpha Drive But I have yet repair a Bravo.

Mercury developed it's own proprietary alloy to combat corrosion.
I don't think anyone out side of Mercury engineering knows exactly what it is.
