what spark plugs should i use on this engine?
like #44 or #46 ?!?

I vote for A/C Rapidfire #1's,,,,,,, believe yours calls for 43's though,,, 44's might clean up the transom a bit,, dont think I would run 46's

May want to try AC-Delco rapid fire #1's. A lot of people have had good results with these plugs, including eliminating a lot of the black smoot on the transom. I'm going to use these this year. Just bought a set last week on my 502 MPI.
