i have the pn#808483t3 for a merc. dist. cap for a 1998 502 efi.
what is the pn# of the merc cap that has the brass hardware on it ? is there such a thing , heard on oso that the cap has a blue streak on it or something like that ?

don' t waste your money on the merc cap, bought a merc cap last year at 48.00 . did some searching and found the blue streak part # dr468x -cap #dr326x rotor cost me 26.34 including tax. hope this helps!!!!!!!![QUOTE]never cheat yourself!!!!!!!!!!!

standard makes blue streak, those #s are the righ ones to order for the cap and rotor.

I always use AC/Delco parts.

most auto supply houses will have them. Standard ignition makes most parts for all cars and trucks.
