Took a ride w/new engine!!!!
 

Took the boat out today with the new engine!!! 45 degrees, froze my A#$ off!!! Definately worth it though. Ran great, idled perfect!!! Slight hesitation when giving it throttle, need to adjust the regulator, seems a little lean at low RPM.

Awesome at 2500+ RPM saw 70 at 4000 RPM. It will be close to my goal of 95 (on speedo of course!!)

Thanks again to everyone that helped and made suggestions. Now its buffing and waxing time!

Great glad to here it went well . Let us know what top speed was..

I'll be out in it this weekend. We'll see if it will do what i hope for... 95 MPH. Tomorrow and Sat AM is definately washing, polishing and waxing...poor boat has dirt, grim and greasy handprints all over it!!!!

I'll post pictures of the engine and boat once its properly washed/waxed!!!
