I am assuming we are talking about a blower motor. I know that when you are running turbos the bigger the carb airflow the faster the turbos spool up & more HP you will have in the end. Not sure if this works with belt driven blowers. You want to chime in on this TC.

I also agree on general rule- bigger carbs, bigger jets & the 830 is in class by it's self.

Carburetors work based on air velocity. As air (or anything for that matter) travels through a hole at the smalles portion of the hole it moves at the highest velocity, and the lowest pressure.

On a draw through application (carburetor on N/A engine or on top of a blower or turbo etc that pull through it) leave everything the same the engine will flow the same amount of CFM now change nothing but the size of the carburetor you will need to run larger jets in the larger carburetor to flow enough fuel to keep up with the engines demand.
