will a set of gill offshore EHX exhast work fine on a 454 with a 177 blower ?

I had the Gil/Merc exhaust on my 502 with 250 blower. Even had silent choice. No problems

Yes, they will work great with a supercharged set-up! The GILs breath much better over the Merc stock cast iron manifolds that are very crude for when trying looking for more power and performance.
