What water temp on 1999 502MAG
 

What should the water temp run in 1999 502(415hp)? I used to have 1997 502MPI it always ran at 140 degrees. thanks

my 1996 runs between 160-170.

My 454 Mag MPI runs about 170.

Im running 160-170 and can hit 180 on an extended hard run. It is very steady and consistant with how hard the boat is working.

Dave M, thanks for posting. I have your same engine and was wondering myself. Both of mine run 165-170*. I may hit you up for other engine questions later on. Will ya help another MD brutha!

2000 502 Mag MPI run 175* to 180* very consistant.
160* Thermostate also here

my '99 502 mpi FWC is a consistent 180*

Mine runs at 180°, 1999 502 mag mpi

180 Stock exhaust
175 wit new Stainless Marine.

They have a 160 deg thermostat. If you have Gaffrig gauges, they always show 175 to 180.
