Float setting on Edelbrocks
 

What is the correct float setting on a 600CFM edelbrock....I get alot of different answers here.....Im wondering if it's because the webers made by mercruiser list different levels than the edelbrocks...Wasn't the mercruiser webers either 625 or 750cfms?I called Edelbrock yesterday and they stated the float level inverted should be 7/16" and drop should be 1-1/4? What effect does adjusting the inverted amount have? What effect does adjusting the drop have? Lot's of different answers here...I saw Denniss Moore post recently are you still here Denniss?

Think some of this is my bad .sorry as the specs. I listed in your outher post are from Dennis book and are for the 750.Hope you get it pinned down.

F.S. No not your "Bad":D I've gotten LOTS of answers to the question....I even got 2 answers from Edelbrock:confused:. I should have some answers tommorow...
