Bravo XR question

My buddy has imco shorty lowers on his boat but it will be in the shop for a while and he offered to let me try them to see if they will improve my top end. Will imcos for a standard Bravo 1 fit into the XR upper?? Is the vertical different or the splines different?? ALso, can you just change out Flo-torq hubs to go from the standard to big shaft XR when swapping props??

I believe they are the same. There is a standard coupler that connects the upper vert shaft to the lower vert shaft. It is the same for the XR and Standard Bravo. I see no reason for Imco to change that.
I believe the two would interchange.
