2much exhaust heat! what does it mean?

2 much heat on exhausts. what does it mean?
left side engine's gets twice hotter then the other side
what can be the reason

I am assuming you mean hot to the touch. If so, and you have thru hull exhaust, is the water exiting a fairly even volume from side to side? If you mean hot on EGT gauge, never mind.
