flowscan or another fuel monitoring system

Any have any in-site on flowscan?
Who has the best price?
i need a fuel flow monitoring system for my dads sport cruiser.
Flowscan # 76tm-6dd-2k detroit DIESEL 671.
I can by from flowscan but the price seems high.

Any thoughts?

I think they are pretty expensive. Local Sea Tow Capt. uses it and reffered it to me after bringing me gas a few times.

Rick, had them on a 32' Baja with twin 502's. They worked great ,and I never ran out of gas, which I used to do all the time in my 27' Baja. When it comes to diesels the gauges are more expensive because they have to moniter the unburned fuel that goes back into the tanks. Check out this site www.boatdiesel .com, lot of good info on marine diesel's.
