hp 500 mph-prop

I have a 1992 fountain fever. I am in the process of building a hp 500. It has a high rise intake, 800 holley, and I was wondering what prop I should run on this boat. Also, what mph I can expect. Any info. would be appreciated.

I had a 27 with a carb 500 H.P. came from Fountain with a 25 pitch Hydromotive Q4.

I am running a 2001 27 w/ 500efi, have a rh 25 Hydro. At 5250 rpms I see 74-75 on radar 74 gps. I have a 17 and 1/2 " Xdim. I agree with everyone here already, my boat is a little slow getting on plane, and may blow out on tight turns, but I love the top end.;)
