Need some Help with a Leaky Bearing Seal

Need help changer 256 Holly-Weiand Bearing Seal

I have a leaky bearing seal on my Holly-Weiand blower Drive belt Pully.

2001 575 SCI Motor

Where can I get a service manual?
Can I change the bearing seal without removing the bearing off the shaft?

Need some help here.

Not sure on the 250 blower, but I know on a B&M 174, the seal is just pressed in. Just needed to take off the pully, remove the seal and carefully tap the new one in.

Do I have to remove the Front Housing to get to the bearing seal?

Not 100% sure on the 250's. On the 174, I just had to remove the top pulley and then pry out the old seal and press in the new one. It's very similar to seal for a harmonic balancer.

Is it leaking oil around the top pulley????
