Help with Accelerator Pump Cam
 

I am trying to adjust the shot on my 4010 750 Holley. I am not sure how to get more shot from the pump cam.. First off do what do the numbers 1 and 2 on the throttle linkage mean? The cam was lined up with the cam screwed into the linkage with the #1 hole on the linkage going thru the #1 hole on the cam. If I want to get more shot with the cam do I go to the #2 hole on the linkage and the #2 hole on the cam or #1 hole on the linkage on the #2 hole on the cam. ALSO this cam has 3 holes each numbered 1,2 or 3. In looking at a Holley book listing the cams it only mentions 2 positons for the cams. This one has 3. Also I just finished installing a 50cc pump and it came with a DARK reddish/brown cam and a yellow cam. They only have 1 hole. My book only lists a Brown cam no yellow. Also does a given cam give more (CC's) with the 50cc pump than with the 30cc pump? Or do they make cams specially for the 50cc pump to get more than the 30cc pump? Sorry lots of questions....Here are the pics of the linkage and the pink cam that came with the carb and the 30cc pump.

Use one of the cams that came with the 50cc kit. They are made to make full use of the 50cc pump. The different holes are to change the rate of delivery of fuel.

The cams that came with the 50cc pump are DARK red and yellow. They only have 1 hole. Which one is the "bigger" cam and I assume I put the cam so that the hole on the cam is in the "2" position on the linkage for the greatest amount correct?
