I run a 23 pitch Mirage Plus in my 23' Deep Vee. I went smaller because the my Motor was built to run in the 5200-5400 range. I am running at 5300 right now, 1/2 tank, trimmed, with two people. I tried a 24 pitch Hydromotive and could pull 4900+ rpm but I was blowing out when cruising in rougher water. Didn't like all the stern lift.

Patrick, I really don't think I could swing the 25p Mirage up to the correct rpm range. The Mirage 3 blade props are true to thier rated pitch, where as a bravo 24 acts like a 22.5, so I wouldn't be able to turn the 25. Thanks for the offer. I would consider selling the 24 bravo to you if my new Hydromotive works out for the best. I ordered it from Julie at Throttle-up in hopes that it will give me much needed stern lift. I ordered it in a 23p and then will look into having it labbed finished.

Harper220, you are probably right.

On my boat the 25 Mirage+ lets my engine max out at 4400-4500.
A stock 26p Bravo I max is 4300-4400. Had my 26p Lab finished and gain about 100rpm which is OK for a light load. I looking for a 24p for the days that I load up the boat.

Anyway, If you do decide to sell, please let me know.
