350 Mag with a 1.32 Alpha?

Has anyone tried running a 1.32:1 Alpha drive on a stock 350 Mag? The original 1.5:1 Alpha that came with the 22' Wellcraft Elite is pretty much shot. Can I get away with the 1.32 and just pitch down? Or should I be looking to regear the 1.32?

You should be fine, pitch down a bit.
