Rising Water Temp

Coming off plane the temp on one motor shoots from between 100 and 160 depending on position of the t-stat to 190 - 200. The other motor stays 140 - 160. If I put the drive in neutral and run the motor to 1500, the temp drops and then stays down.
I have replaced the impeller, the t-stat, and the temp sender.
I am out of ideas.
Help!!!!!

Thanks in advance
Shawn

you havent hit bottom lately? was just thinkin that you may have sand or silt in a cooler or something stirring up and blocking when the rate of flow changes??

Got a circulating pump???
I had one that the impeller came off and I could idle or go like hell and it would stay cool. But run 2000/3000 rpm it would overheat.
Leave it idle again...hit the throttle a few time...and it would come right down:mad:. Drove me nuts for weeks. Finally I said "thats it , it's getting fixed today".
Had to disassemble and check each piece in the cooling system starting at the drive. Finally found it:D
