the Ballistic prop is one of the best props I ever had.
I tested it on a Baja Outlaw 24 with supercharged 502 and it was the fastest one, faster then any Mirage! The only problem is the rubber hub, no solid hub is available!
With more then 450hp the rubber hub spins thru!

I think due to the blade design you don't get as much bow lift as you do from a Mirage.

I have a 26' Liberator with a single 454 and tried just about everything. I now run Merc Rev4 and love it. 2mph faster. The biggest advantage I found was that I can trim up much higher before the prop blows out. IF you can test drive a Rev4, I would do it.
You can run any of the new Merc props, you just need an adapter hub, about $30. The 19p Rev4 dropped my rpm by 600 compared to the 19p OMC Viper I had but still ran faster up top. My slip dropped dramatically. They do make the Rev4 in a 17p.
