Advice Please !!!
I Have A 2003 Formula 382 Fastech 575 SCI/XR With Stellings. We Just Broke Down For Our Second Time In 6 Days. The First Time We Lost Our Port Lower And The Second Time We Had A U Joint Take Out Our Starboard Transom Assembly. Also We Have A Friend With A 2002 Same Set Up Who Just Lost His Third Upper. We Are Both Looking To Buy Some Piece Of Mind From The Transom Back. Any Suggestions ???

Guess I am just lucky with 225 hours on my XR's with just pinion seals being replaced and a gear as preventative. Find yourself a drive tech that works on race boats with bravos and let him set it up. Proper clearances make all the difference in the world. If you are in Florida I can give a few names.

I have HP500EFI's right now. I can recommend a guy in St Cloud that is fantastic, and his drives hold together. He recomends staying away from aftermarket gears and just using proper setup. It works!!
