Who is Von Schlick???
 

Is he a real person?

I bought a 1990 BAJA Sport 250. It came from S.C., was run on lake Lanier Ga. The motor was supposively built by someone named Von Schlick (there are Von Schlick stickers all over it).
It is setup right (454 w/B & M supercharger. Merlin heads, Lunati roller cam, 1150 dominator, plus a whole lot more) and she runs sweeeeet! Now before I do anyt timing, tuning etc. I would like to talk to who ever built it. He supposively does offshore motors, (in Florida??) but I have searched the internet without any success, Is he for real? How can I contact him? Any other forums I can search?

contact brian hollis he runs a sea tow biz on lake lanier so he probably knows who the biulder is.

He used to work on boats. Last I heard he worked at the dodge dealership in Oakwood Ga.

I thought that was the fake name that Kramer used when he pretended to be a dermatoligist. :D

That's funny he is my service manager at MarineMax in Cumming GA he used to race boats and build engines he probably would still build one if the money is right

I've moved on....blew that motor, now running Procharged 572's.

Still have the sticker on the boat "Powered by Von Shlick" looks cool....
