Is There Any Difference Between B&M and Hardin Two Piece Valve Covers?

What I need to know is if you had a B&M and a Hardin 2piece valve cover set side by side would you be able to tell the difference between the two???:confused:
I think Hardin now makes the B&M style covers
but was wondering if they are still the same.:rolleyes:

Hardin aka. C.P. Perf. bought the tooling from B&M and is now making the valve covers. I.E. they are the same.
