MEASURE THE CENTER LINE OF ENGINES. AND THAT NUMBER SHOULD BE THE SAME CENTER LINE OF PROP SHAFTS. ONCE YOU ADJUST THE PROP SHAFT TO MATCH ENGINE CENTER LINE, MEASURE FRONT OF DRIVES, IT SHOULD BE THE SAME. IF NOT SPLIT THE DIFFERENCE. DRIVES SHOULD RUN STRAIGHT AS POSSIBLE. RB

Racer-x6,

We have done a great deal of testing regarding the alignment of drives. You may be surprised at the differences in toe-in, toe-out, and neutral. There are differences in acceleration, top speed and handling when you change the toe-in and toe-out of the drives. It's an easy and quick adjustment so it's easy to play around with.

We see differences of 1-2 mph with different adjustments. Those are going to be different on each boat depending on your tie bar set-up, single or twin tie bars, props, boat, X dimension, set-up, etc.

Like everything else with boats the only way to find out if it works is to try it on your boat.
