Power steering pump reservoir question
 

I have had this boat for about a weak now and since it is cold here I can't do anything but look at it. I noticed that one power steering pump has a normal reservoir and the other has the same reservoir but instead of the dipstick cap it has a tube coming off the to to another reservoir, why is this? Does it have something to do with external steering?

Sorry if this seems like a dumb question, I was sitting here at work bored and thought about this question, I havn't had time to see if there was additional lines going to the external reservoir.
