hp500 rev limiters

I have a pair of 1997 hp500s. Do I have rev limiters, and if so, how do I remove them?
Thanks for the help.

I remember reading that any motor running a T-Bolt IV ignition that has a rev limiter, it is an external limiter at 5350, and can be removed.

The motors with T-Bolt V ignitions have the limiter built into the module.

97's should be TBV,
as Mcollinstn said, it's built
in the module.
