28zx 502 Blue Print Bottom?

I HOPE SOMEONE HAS DONE A 28ZX WITH A STEPPED HULL. LOOKING FOR 4-5 MPR GAIN. I run a 23p mirage reworked at 5100. Running 67-70 speedo. 1997 model #6 hull off the line. should I blue print the bottom? I's about $2500 SO IS IT WORTH IT? I have a single 502 about 70hrs stock

Unless the boat has a bad hook I would save my money and spend it on a supercharger. Your boat is running low 60's on GPS with a single 502. With a supercharger get it up into the 70's. Check out www.donzi.net for more info on Donzi's.
