Rebuilt 502 Mag/EFI with prochargers

Looking at the 95 Top Gun in NY - should I be concerned with those motors???? They have rebuilt prochargers, new intercoolers and have only been run for 14 hrs since being rebuilt. Anyone have good/bad experience with similar engines?
