oil filter question
 

I am going through everthing on the 38SS Sonic I got back in october and would like some opinions on the oil filters that are on the engines curently. It has the Sysytem 1 reusible oil assemblys the ones that look like trash cans. I have never used them before but I know they are expensive, however that does not make them good. So what is the deal should I just put on Mobil 1 throw aways like I have allways done, or are these things good to have?
