Gaffric controls adjustment??

I had a new engine, 496 MAG HO, installed in a 272 Baja. When I am at full throttle the throttle hits the other side and so cannot move farther. I am only at 4500 RPM's and I know the engine has more in it if I could move the throttle farther. The prop is pitched not too high- at 23 pitch so this is not the reason.

Can those controls be adjusted? Has anyone had this problem?

I had a similar problem, I just made a made a new bracket for the throttle body where the cable attaches to and it changed the radius. Now when the throttle is at full so is the engine.
