Paging Cuda....Aqua-Buff Question

Cuda....I'm looking at getting some of that Aqua-Buff product you recommend, I need your or others imput on which one to get....the 1000 or the 2000...or maybe one of both....I have some oxidation on a small portion of the upper deck but the sides and transom are pretty good although I want to make them better....will the finer one of the two take oxidation as well?....Fred

Cuda and the rest of the guys recommended Aqua-Buff to me, awesome stuff. My Sutphen top deck was all chaulk and it looks like new now. Alot of work and messy, but the results are great.:)

Sorry it took so long to respond, I've been on the road all week.

If it's heavily oxidized, use the 1000 then follow with the 2000 and then a coat of wax. You'll be amazed at the shine, I know I was.

Here is the site. http://www.aqua-buff.com/

Thanks Cuda, will the 2000 take oxidation off?....I have only a small area around the winsheild/cockpit area thats oxidized....then just want to buff sides up some more....I will probably want one bottle of each don't you think?....Thanks, Fred

Get both, it's cheap anyway. Use a canuba wax after buffing.

Thanks Cuda....I'm going to order both...that way I'm covered for both conditions, let me know if there is any special way you apply or buff the stuff, Thanks again, Fred :eureka:

You would probably have to ask the operator of the buffer. She doesn't look too thrilled with my "supervision" at this point.:p

Your a lucky man Cuda....I could only wish that my wife would grab the wheel and get busy......I guess I'll just have to do it myself....I did place my order for my Aqua-Buff.... (got a couple of bottles of each)...does your wife use the spray mist of water over the stuff like the instructions say?....Thanks for any advise from you or your wife.....Fred
