Need prop Diameter help

I have a set of 18x28 4 blade props on my Cafe with SSM 3A's. I want to pick up about 500 rpm on the motors. How small should the props be cut? I am guessing down to a 17 but I am not sure. Any help is good.

changing dia smaller per 1/4"will increase 200 to 250 dependeing on the thickness left.
