what is the max recommended lift for stock l29 valvesprings?

guys i'm just trying to see if these will handle an extra .020" of valve lift from a set of 1.8 rocker arms that i took off my last street bbc WITHOUT pulling off a valvespring to gauge it.

Stock springs are good for .500 lift. Hope that helps.!
